Jennifer Tilly, born on 16 September 1958, at Los Angeles under extremely poor circumstances. Her father was a salesman for automobiles and her mother was a teacher at school and was an unreliable actress. Jennifer is the youngest of a four-child family frequently attended the theater performances of her mother and was very much impressed. Jennifer's divorce came about at the age of five. Jennifer spent most of her early years living in British Columbia after her mom moved there along with the other four children. Jennifer was not a scholar although as a kid she was very artistic. Her school was often the subject of a bullying incident as a result of her experience in Canada's schools. In the years that her interest in theatre was fading, she began to participate in plays in support of her mom. She encouraged her whole family to get involved in art. Then, she began taking steps.
